Here is a quick overview of what you can expect



A holistic view of personal training shows that fitness professionals are hugely beneficial for a number of reasons, with a study in the Scientific Journal Orthopedic Reviews stating that: "Supervised training sessions have been found to lead to greater increases in maximum strength gains compared to unsupervised training sessions. 



One-on-One personal training has also been found to be an effective way to increase the amount of physical activity of an individual by changing attitudes toward exercise."



Here are how your initial 12 sessions will look:


Free Consultation: Master Trainer Rob will first meet with you and assess if you both are a good fit. Rob ONLY accepts clients who truly want change and transformation in their lives. He is not looking to simply train you, he is looking for you to be ready and willing to do what it takes to create a new version of yourself. 



You will both also discuss your goals and health concerns. Master Trainer Rob will discuss a tentative fitness plan and explain how his program works. This is a time when you and Rob will make sure you are comfortable together for this fitness journey. Rob will then show you his 1000 sq ft private fitness studio and the various equipment. 



If you both are a match,  you can invest in your training package right away. There are many payment options. It is encouraged you utilize your training package of choice as a fitness and nutrition "course" for change and transformation. The "course" will provide fitness, nutrition, cardiovascular, weight training, and mindset changing techniques so you will achieve your goals in optimal time.



  • First Session: Light full body training session to check for weaknesses, strengths, physical limitations, general weight training overview, checking form, technique and breathing. Start with a general overview of the gym, equipment, training style, and initial assessment.



  • Second Session: Measurements, Body Composition, Strength Assessment, BMI, WHP, Blood Pressure, Step Test for Cardiovascular Strength, and you will fill out typical informational forms. Strength Assessment consists of five weighted exercises. This will set a baseline for your overall health, cardiovascular endurance/strength, and muscular strength.



  • Third Session: A one of a kind, to be found no where else, Fitness Assessment. This assessment is an exclusive evaluation which consists of 20 various exercises in which you will perform at your very best level. This will establish a baseline fitness level for your age. This is a challenging assessment, so take your time, drink plenty of water, and pace yourself. This assessment will be provided again within your first 45 days to measure your progress.



  • Fourth Session: Results of assessment discussed, Master Trainer Rob's personalized nutrition plan established for you to reach your goals, training plan discussed, specific personalized goals set for your fat loss and/or lean muscle mass gain, and a fitness strategy for you to achieve amazing results. After reviewing your results and your training/nutrition strategy, you should have approximately 20 minutes remaining for a light full body training.



  • Remaining sessions: Progressive strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training. You will improve your cardiovascular endurance/strength, muscular endurance, and muscular strength. Weekly weigh-ins and blood pressure check-ups as needed or desired. Rob will keep you accountable to your progress and ongoing fitness and nutrition counseling will be provided.



  • After 30-45 days of training: Another full evaluation and assessment is performed to monitor your progress. Your personalized nutrition and/or training regimen may be adjusted as needed. You may be encouraged to train another 30, 60, or 90 days to continue your progress. Typical transformations occur most drastically during 90 day segments.
