How long will it take for me to lose fat and gain muscle?

There is no exact rule because results depend on consistency, nutrition, sleep, and effort.

However, with proper nutrition and Rob’s MASTER FIT System™:

How many days per week should I train with Rob?

Most clients train with Rob 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).


On alternate days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), clients follow a simple 20-minute cardio plan Rob provides.

Scheduling the same time each session helps your body build a rhythm and accelerates results.


Flexible scheduling is available for clients with unpredictable work schedules.

How long are the training sessions?

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes.


Each session is planned in advance based on:

What happens when I first start training?

Will Rob give me a nutrition plan?

Your nutrition plan is designed specifically for:

Training is customized to your body — not forced into a template.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide 12 hours notice if you cannot attend a session.


If not, the session is charged.


However, emergencies are always handled reasonably and personally.


Rob honors the same rule — if he cancels late, you receive a free session

What is the refund and expiration policy?

Sessions are designed to keep you consistent and committed.


  • 12 sessions or less expire in 60 days
     
  • 13–24 sessions expire in 90 days
     
  • 25–36 sessions expire in 120 days
     

Extensions are available for medical, family, travel, or significant life events.

Sessions may be transferred to a family member for a $75 transfer fee.


Refunds may be issued within the timeframe above if:


  • You move 20+ miles away
     
  • A doctor states you cannot perform any resistance or cardio training
