After going to the gym for approximately 2 years, I was seeing slow improvement in strength and building muscle, but still struggling with the weight loss goal. Even though I was going to the gym sometimes 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, I was becoming complacent with my routine and not pushing myself. My nutrition was a major factor in not achieving my weight loss goals, I needed a change. I was initially reluctant because I was not sure I could really make a total commitment in the area of Nutrition. I have been eating poorly for 52 years and not wanting to make a change till now. I decided to try to try the 90 day transformation with Rob and make the commitment to change my life. I am looking forward to bigger and better results using a personal trainer to motivate and guide me to reach my goals!
A great start... After 5 days of training and following a low sugar/carb-high protein diet I am happy to update I have lost 4 pounds in the first week. Training has been informative and motivating. Ready to keep seeing positive results!
Has now been a couple weeks of training. Feeling stronger and ready for more. Have lost 7 pounds and my clothes are already feeling loose. It has been an awesome week of training, of which Rob has stepped up the intensity and it feels great. Cannot wait to see the results after the next couple weeks!
Almost to our end of the first month of training. I have noticed a definite improvement in strength during training. I have also now lost a total of 13 pounds. My clothes are definitely feeling looser. Had a friend I have not seen since I started training who made a comment that I was looking more toned.
Hit a great milestone today. Glad to say that I have lost a total of 20 pounds as of today. Still have a lot more to go. I am very happy to have lost 20 pounds in about 6 weeks but I have also gained muscle and strength. Some days are harder to get motivated than others, but days like this show the hard work and guidance from Rob is worth the effort.
10 week update. Continue to hit great milestones in training with Rob. At 10 weeks I am down a total of 30 lbs. Has been hard work and a challenge, but worth every drop of sweat. I started this trek with Rob hopeful of losing some weight and getting in better shape. I started at a weight of 282 and at the end of the 10 weeks weighted in at 251.8 a loss of 30 pounds on the scale and a body fat loss of about 10%. I know I have lost more than 30 pounds of pure fat and put on lean muscle.
My strength training continues to improve and Rob is a great coach encouraging me to push myself. I have also improved in my cardio and endurance training. I am currently able to jog on the treadmill for over 3 miles none stop. This training has provided more results in 10 weeks than I could do by myself in that last 2 years. I have already far exceeded and crushed my 12 weeks goal with the expert training and guidance of Rob. Thank you Rob for showing me the way to succeed.
Just finished my 90 day transformation fitness training with Rob. It has been a very productive and informative 3 months with incredible results. My original goal was to lose 20+ lbs of fat and gain 6 lbs of muscle. With the expert assistance and guidance from Rob, I lost 46 lbs of fat and gained 12 lbs of muscle. These numbers far exceeded my original goals!
My biggest concern entering this training was being able to follow the guidelines set by Rob when it came to training and nutrition. He made things easy and gave several options as to not make it too difficult or boring, even though he continued to push for improvement.
